Project Training Organization (PTO) under the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana 2.0
The State-level Vasundhara Watershed Development Agency (Pune, Government of Maharashtra) selected the ‘Madan Bahuudheshiya Sevabhavi Sanstha ‘ to serve as the Project Training Organization for Project No. 1 in the Thane district.
Under this project, the organization reached out directly to the villages covered by the initiative. Through trained instructors, they provided awareness-building sessions—as well as training on water and crop management—to members of the Watershed Committee, Gram Panchayat members, farmers, Self-Help Groups, project beneficiary groups, and the villagers at large.
