बाल लैंगिक योनशोषण प्रभावित बालकला (पिडीत बालक) योग्य न्याय मिळवुन देण्यासठी मदन बहुउद्देशीय सेवाभावी संस्थेने नाशिक जिल्हात कैलास सत्यार्थी चिल्ड्रेन फौंडेशन नवी दिल्ली यांच्या सहकार्याने १०० बाल लैंगिक योनशोषण प्रभावित बालक (पिडीत बालक) वर काम केले आहे . त्यात
१. प्रभावित बालकाला (पिडीत बालक) एक सपोर्ट पर्सन देऊन सपोर्ट पर्सनच्या माध्यमातून प्रभावित बालकाला (पिडीत बालक) व त्यांच्या कुटुंबाना मानसिक आधार देऊन त्यांना लागणारी मदत वेळोवेळी केल्याजाते व त्यांच्यावर झालेल्या क्रूर अन्याचे पुरावे गोळाकरून वकीला मार्फत न्यायालयत दाखल केले जाते .
२. प्रभावित बालकाला (पिडीत बालक) न्यायालयात त्याच्या बाजूने एक वकील दिला जातो. संस्थेने नाशिक जिल्हात प्रभावित बालकाच्या (पिडीत बालक) १०० केसेस वर काम करून त्याच्यावर झालेल्या अन्याया विरोधात पुरावे सादर करून १०० केसेस पैकी ७७ बालकाच्या बाजूने निकाल देऊन त्यांना न्याय मिळवुन दिला
३. प्रभावित बालकाचे पुनर वसन (पिडीत बालक):- प्रभावित बालकाचे पुनर्वसनासाठी सपोर्ट पर्सन च्या मदतीने त्यांना नुकसानभरपाई मिळवुन देण्यासाठी त्याचे प्रस्तवा तयार करून विविध शासकीय योजनेशी लिक केले . संस्थेने १०० बालकांचे नुकसान भरपाई साठी प्रस्ताव दाखल केले होते . त्यापैकी ८० बालकांना नुकसानभरपाई मिळवुन दिली व त्यांचे पुनर्वसन केले.

Children Affected by Sexual Abuse (Victims)*
To ensure that children affected by sexual abuse receive appropriate justice, the Madan Bahuudheshiya Seavabhavi Sanstha —in collaboration with the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (New Delhi)—has worked with 100 such children in the Nashik district. This initiative involved the following measures:
1. Provision of a Support Person: Each affected child (victim) is assigned a dedicated Support Person. Through this individual, the child and their family receive psychological support and timely assistance as needed. Furthermore, evidence regarding the cruel injustice inflicted upon the child is meticulously gathered and subsequently filed in court through legal counsel.
2. Legal Representation: The affected child is provided with a lawyer to represent their interests in court. The organization has handled 100 cases involving affected children in the Nashik district; by presenting compelling evidence against the injustices committed, the organization successfully secured verdicts in favor of the children in 77 of these cases, thereby ensuring they received justice.
3. *Rehabilitation of Affected Children (Victims):* To facilitate the rehabilitation of the affected children, the Support Persons assist in securing financial compensation. Proposals for compensation are prepared and linked with various government schemes. The organization filed compensation proposals for 100 children; of these, compensation was successfully secured for 80 children, thereby facilitating their rehabilitation.

Mental Health Support
In collaboration with the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (New Delhi), the Madan Bahuudheshiya Sevabahvi Sanstha provided significant psychological support to child victims of sexual abuse—and their families—by organizing a three-day residential mental health support camp in the Nashik district; this initiative marked the first of its kind in the state of Maharashtra.
